Local Governmnet organisation require a HR officer to support their busy HR team
Your new company
Our client is a local government organisation based in the southern suburbs of Brisbane. Due to ongoing projects, they require a HR officer on a temporary basis to support the HR team.
Your new role
You will support the HR Manager and team in this role and duties will include:
Assisting the Talent Acquisition team
Provide HR administration support
Assisting with recruitment requisitions
Updating the HRIS and organisational charts
Maintenance of HR procedures
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will ideally possess the following :
Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related discipline
Strong attention to detail and HR administration experience
Be systems savvy, having used a HRIS or recruitment management system previously.
