First Class Migration is seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to join our close-knit team. In this pivotal role, you'll be the 2IC, supporting our Managing Director and ensuring the smooth operation of all things client services and office management. You'll wear many hats, from overseeing client interactions to developing efficient systems, all while fostering a positive and productive work environment.

- Demonstrated Experience: Experience in a professional services environment (bonus points for migration experience!)
- Assertive Problem-Solver: You're a pro at identifying and tackling challenges, confidently proposing and implementing efficient solutions.
- Tech-Savvy & Open to Learning: Strong computer literacy with a willingness to learn new systems. You'll quickly master our existing tools and contribute to building efficient workflows.
- Communication Master: Excellent written & verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. You can clearly convey information, fostering collaboration and ensuring accurate execution.
