About the Role:
Supporting the Human Resources Manager, you will:
- Participate in all activities relating to the employee lifecycle, including recruitment activities, employee onboarding and induction through to offboarding.
- General HR administrative duties including maintaining employee records, generating employee contracts and letters, updating, and maintaining company policies and procedures.
- Processing of weekly and monthly payroll.
Skills & Experience:
- A proactive and hands on with experienced gained in a HR Administrative role.
- Experience processing payroll on a weekly basis.
- Demonstrated experience in recruitment activities.
- Competent in Microsoft Office package, inclusive of excel.
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a busy and dynamic team.
- Strong communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated experience in a manufacturing, supply chain or agricultural industry will be highly regarded.
