Applications Close: 10 April 2024What you'll be doingThe role of the HR People Partner will be to work closely with the Project Team, People & Culture teams, professional leads and local site executives to determine workforce requirements for GO LIVE aligned with redevelopment projects timelines. The role will support service managers and leverage the expertise of specialist People & Culture teams to develop and implement strategies to ensure the required workforce is available for Day 1 operations. This will include identification of roles aligned with the approved clinical services plan and models of care, development of position descriptions, attraction and Recruitment strategies, training needs analysis of existing and new staff, onboarding, orientation/induction and frontline training as part of the operational commissioning process.All NSW Health workers are required to have completed an up-to-date course of a COVID-19 vaccine (2 doses) which has been approved or recognised by the Therapeutics Goods Administration (TGA). New applicants must have completed the vaccination course prior to commencement with NSW Health, or provide an approved medical contraindication certificate certifying the worker cannot have any approved COVID-19 vaccines available in NSW.Acceptable proof of vaccination is the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) Immunisation History Statement or AIR COVID-19 Digital Certificate. - Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and consultatively across a broad range of stakeholders to deliver outcomes supported by highly developed communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
