Protech has an exciting opportunity for an HSE Advisor to join our client in Dalby on a 3-month contract, with the potential for extension. This is an opportunity to work with a company that designs, builds, and sustains assets, infrastructure and facilities and is a leading provider of integrated services in Australia and New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities:
• Discuss, monitor, and assist the workforce in the safe delivery of on-site activities.
• Undertake safety audits and provide recommendations for improvements where required.
• Identification of and facilitation of best practise standards and solutions.
• Assisting with incident investigations and preparation of safety reports.
• Providing on-site expertise for all HSE matters.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Electrical/construction experience would be highly regarded.
• Comfortable in managing the safety of Electricians and Meter Readers.
• Must have sound understanding of Safety Legislation and Codes of Practice.
• Certificate 4 or Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety is essential.
• Amenable to work 3/1 roster on a 12-hour work day.
