This position follows a back-to-back roster schedule, with shifts from 6:00 AM to 5:30 PM. The rotation consists of 15 days on followed by 13 days off.

- Advocate Toll’s Safety Obsessed cultural change program, offering support and guidance to operational leaders for cultivating a Safety Obsessed workplace.
- Collaborate with business leaders and Regional HSE Managers to coordinate HSE activities across designated Toll sites, ensuring alignment.
- Maintain a consistent onsite presence, delivering direct HSE advice and assistance to assigned operational sites.
- Support the consultation and implementation of Toll’s Global HSE Management System.
- Lead the development and implementation of local-level HSE management systems, ensuring adherence to broader Company requirements.
- Demonstrated experience in an HSE advisory role.
- Experience within the transport, logistics, or heavy industry is desirable.
- Experience with supporting multiple sites or a geographically diverse business is desirable.
- A sound understanding of operational issues and challenges faced by line managers in implementing HSE processes and programs.
- Experience in relationship management of both internal and external stakeholders.
- Prior experience with third-party auditing and/or accreditations is desirable.
