What our client is looking for
- Building/services construction business.
- Experience in defence works and alliance contracting desirable
- Career minded HSE professional with previous experience as a HSE Advisor in civil and / or construction projects
- Experience working at heights
- Experience in preparing HSE reporting information for clients on a weekly and monthly basis
- Be able to adjust your approach to ensure right outcome when dealing with HSE issues on site
- Must have initiative and be proactive when dealing with site team when following up with HSE matters
- Good interpersonal skills and have the ability to build relationships with the site team and client
- Strong computer skills are essential
- Able to lead and undertake risk reviews and also JHA reviews with the work reviews and supervisory teams
- Qualified to Diploma level in Occupational Health and Safety
- Hold current first aid qualification
- Minimum 3 years' experience in similar roles in the building and construction industry
