AddressFetch Recruitment are currently looking to speak to HSEQ Coordinators within Melbourne for a Tier 3 Commercial builder.
The Company:
- Tier 3 Commercial builder, delivering projects up to $50m in Victoria.
- Over 30+ years’ operating in Victoria, Queensland and New South Wales.
- Fantastic pipeline of repeat clients, built from long lasting relationships.
- 200+ Current employees.
- Experts within the retail, refurb, industrial and general commercial sector.
- Review/report on matters pertaining to OH&S on site.
- The expectation would be for the candidate to be solely based on one project to learn all aspects of the role, once confident they will then be the sole coordinator within Victoria.
- Directly reporting into the HSEQ Manager and Commercial manager.
- Collaboratively work alongside the company HSEQ to plan ongoing OH&S requirements.
- Training and upskilled direct staff.
- Conduct on site and system audits against projects.
- Effective administration and communication with subbies, project management and client/s.
Must have:
- 4 years+ experience in a similar OH&S/WHS/HSR role
- Minimum of Certificate III in OHS
- Experience working within construction (Commercial experience highly regarded)
- Must be proficient with using 1Breadcrumb and Procore.
