About the opportunity
Due to our progressive expansion, we have an opportunity for a Perth-based HR Administrator to join our company and assist in the success of our ongoing projects to ensure employees a smooth transition to site.
About the role:
- Assisting with the development and maintenance of processes for all elements of the employee lifecycle, including attraction, onboarding, development, retention, and separation.
- Providing administration support to the HR team and mobilisation team.
- Coordinating recruitment, onboarding and offboarding activities including booking medicals, reference checks, booking training, and ordering PPE.
- Assist with the continuous improvement of all HR Policies, Standards, Procedures and Forms.
- Assist with general HR and payroll queries.
- Preparing templated contracts, system data entry, employer communication.
- Effective communication with diverse stakeholders and the ability to manage their expectations.
- Strong task prioritisation and deadline management skills.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including, Word, Excel, Access and Outlook.
- Ability to communicate, be proactive, and work in a team.
