An opportunity exists for a HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER with Seismic Asia Pacific Pty Ltd.
Responsibilities include managing the HUMAN RESOURCE and workplace relations activities within the Australian head office in Brisbane, branch offices in Perth and Philippines.
The successful candidate would have a Bachelor degree or higher qualification or at least five years of relevant experience in lieu of formal qualifications.
Philippine accounting and company tax requirements, labour regulations and labour rates would be an advantage and knowledgeable in Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGeps).
Fluency in Tagalog would also be an advantage. The position is full-time.
YOU MUST ALSO HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Strong organizational aptitude, accuracy, and multitasking capabilities
- Diligent focus on details to ensure precision in the company’s records and invoices
- Effective and precise communicate skills, both verbally and in writing
- Strong time management expertise and adeptness in prioritizing tasks.
- Exceptional organizational abilities to uphold precise, comprehensive, and detailed financial records of the company.
