Zone RV, a leading manufacturer of premium caravans, is seeking a passionate and experienced Human Resource Manager to spearhead strategic initiatives and provide leadership for our HR division.
As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes. You will play a crucial role in attracting, developing, and retaining talent while fostering a positive work environment and ensuring compliance with labour regulations.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment and onboarding: recruitment strategies, onboarding management, department collaboration, planning, and forecasting.
Employee relations: mediation, maintain a fair and positive work environment, consistently uphold and apply policies, procedures and legislation.
Performance management: Lead development and optimisation of evaluation systems, performance management and career development planning, and alignment with organisational goals.
Training and development: identify training needs and coordinate training programs, encourage a culture of continuous learning and professional development, facilitate mentorship programs and succession planning, lead apprenticeship programs.
HR Administration: Oversee payroll and benefits administration, maintain employee records, ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
Qualifications/Attributes:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in manufacturing industry and thorough understanding and application of Manufacturing and Associated Industries and Occupations Award 2020
Proven experience (min 5 years) as an HR Manager or relevant role.
Strong knowledge of HR functions, regulations, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience implementing and optimizing digital solutions to improve HR operations, such as automation of routine tasks and data-driven decision-making.
