The Role
We are in search of an industrious individual with proven expertise and experience in advanced Human Resource management. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the seamless and effective day-to-day functioning of the Human Resources department for our group. This position requires hands-on involvement, collaborating closely with operational leaders to ensure alignment of team experiences with ANYDAY's core values of integrity, humility, and warmth. Your responsibilities will also include fostering a culture that embodies our leadership expectations and values across all venues, with a focus on prioritising wellbeing, development, and inclusivity.

The Responsibility
- Strategic HR planning including performance and change management
- Take ownership of the entire employee lifecycle, guiding and enhancing every step from onboarding to off-boarding.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organisational goals
- Drive continuous improvement by being solutions-focused to improve service via identifying and implementing process improvements and undertaking defined tasks or projects.
- Cultivate employee satisfaction, retention, and talent succession through comprehensive benefits management and strategic planning.
- Supporting and coaching managers on performance management
- Managing the HR system and maintain accurate employee records.
- Ensure strict adherence to all pertinent employment laws and industry standards, safeguarding compliance and mitigating risks effectively.
The Prerequisites
- Embodies the company values of warmth, integrity and humility.
- Minimum 4 years Human Resources experience, preferably in the Hospitality or Tourism industry
- Experienced in HRIS Humanforce advantageous
- Strong understanding of Australian employment laws and industrial relations legislation
- Experience in industrial relations, employee relations, occupational health & safety and workers compensation is a must
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related field
