About the role
This role will champion a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, encouraging feedback, pilot programs, and learning at all levels of the organisation. This ensures that the organisation remains adaptable and responsive to evolving internal and external factors. Part time permanent 0.8 position reporting directly to the Organisational Development Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Providing support and system guidance to managers and employees.
- Collaborating and supporting internal OD team members to enhance team efficiencies.
- Undertaking data analysis and reporting to support the annual planning process for our national development pathways and programs.
- Gathering external provider feedback and preparing reports and recommendations.
- Supporting the broader OD team with sourcing and the overall coordination of external training and development opportunities.
- Responding to and maintaining OD email inbox.
- Providing support and contributing to the development of national role specific training profiles.
- Assisting in defining and maintaining employee records, process enrolment and development requests and ensuring training and development activities are up to date.
- Support the internal and external audit process, reporting and findings
- Maintain and update the HRIS system data.

About you
To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with the following:
- Tertiary Qualifications in Human Resource Management (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years' experience in a Human Resources, Organisational Development or Learning and Development role
- Demonstrates drive and motivation, self-reflects, and commits to learning and personal growth.
- Collaborates with others to remove barriers and break down silos.
