The Role
We currently have a position in our HR team that will support our HR processes and initiatives. You will be based in Scone working alongside two other people in an administration role. You will assist with the coordination of HR processes, policies, activities, and procedures. There is a focus supporting correspondence and day to day operations of HR functions, the full recruitment cycle, projects, pay roll, work health and safety and RTW.
Each day is interesting and provides new challenges and learning opportunities. You will need to be adaptable to change and know how to triage tasks. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
