The Role:
We have recently created the new role of Human Resources Administrator and we are looking for an experienced professional to join our team to drive the growth and capability of our people by providing a range of high quality, accurate and timely HR advice as well as oversee administration and support services to ensure the delivery of people management initiatives, projects, and reporting activities.
This will be a flexible part time role that will suit someone looking for around 15-20 hours per week.
The Key Responsibilities:
Duties will include working with senior management to;
- Monitor and manage the administration of workplace activities including staff performance, training and regular appraisals
- Manage staff grievances and general queries with regards to employment and conditions
- Manage the on-boarding of all new staff
- Manage our Social Responsibility requirements
- Assist with Board WHS reporting
About you:
- Proven experience in Human Resources Administration or a similar role
- Experience in manufacturing or warehousing would be preferred but not required
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal & written
- Reliable, proactive and confident working with people of all abilities
- High energy, passion, and a hunger for success
