We provide a range of Employee Assistance Programs, counselling and crisis response services. In addition we provide Consulting Services including conflict resolution, coaching, career services and HR Consulting.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual with solid administration experience to join our People, Culture and Learning team. Reporting to the Manager of People, Culture & Learning, you will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have a friendly can-do approach and be able to multi-task and prioritise competing demands. Ideally you will have a working knowledge of HR processes and experience in HR administration.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Coordinating the new starter process for employees and contractors
• Onboarding new staff and contractors, creating profiles and maintaining databases
• Scheduling inductions for new starters
• Coordinating the probation process with managers and new staff
• Managing employee lifecycle activities including preparing letters for staff movements and contractor changes
• Coordinating the staff exit process
• Monitoring and responding to internal and external HR queries
• Providing administrative support to the PC&L team as required

• Has strong communication skills, both verbal and written

• Strong organisational skills
• High level skills in Microsoft Office
