Human Resources Business Partner
We are excited to be partnering with this client again, and have an exciting fixed term contract opportunity for an operations focused HR Business Partner to join this National HR Business Partnering team.
This is initially for a period of 12 months, but with continued growth and strength across the entire business, there is every possibility a permanent role will pop up!
You will be reporting to the Head of HR Business Partnering for WA and responsible for supporting them to implement the strategic HR initiatives and solutions for the WA business. This is a business facing partnering team where you will provide advice and coaching to senior business leaders on all key Human Resources processes and activities to support the achievement of a safety and performance driven culture.
This role requires you to work collaboratively with the specialist HR teams to ensure alignment between the business and human resources processes, activities and plans. You will be agile and flexible to support the changing priorities and demands of the role, support the communication and implementation of HR strategies. Another key part of this role is the coaching and guidance to senior business leaders in relation to capability, talent, development and culture change.
This is an exciting and challenging role, with some excellent projects to "sink your teeth into" from Day 1!

- 2+ years' experience in an Advisory or Partnering role
