• Champion organisational change initiatives, consulting with unions and driving harmonisation efforts.
• Conduct regular check-ins with client groups, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and growth

About you:

• Strong understanding of procedural fairness, employment law, and foundational HR policies.
• Ambitious and driven, with a desire to expand skills and take on new challenges.
• Resilient, adaptable, and passionate about driving positive change.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in partnering with a blue-collar workforce is advantageous but not essential
