✨ The opportunity - We are a small HR team, so expect to be involved in everything!
Reporting to the General Manager Human Resources, the HR Business Partner is responsible closely working with business leaders to align HR strategies with organisational goals. You will be a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance and support on various HR initiatives, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and strategy execution. The HRBP is a crucial link between the HR department and the business units, ensuring that HR practices are integrated seamlessly into daily operations.

- HR projects and other responsibilities as required.
🙌 To thrive in this role, you will ideally have:
- Contemporary and relevant experience in a similar role.
- Proven ability in working in teams, and managing quality work outcomes within strict time constraints.
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- A positive outlook and skills to establish and maintain good relationships.
- Ability to think innovatively and implement programs within budgets.
- A process-driven style, with attention to detail and focus on outcomes.
- Experience with HRIS, ideally Elmo.
- An affinity for technology and project management experience.

Travel is required to our Regional Victorian Offices so a current driver’s licence is required.
