Your new role This role is a DIDO Permanent 9-day fortnight working arrangement. The HRBP role is to partner with and provide support to operational leaders of the mine and/or refinery regarding the safe and effective delivery of HR services across the employee lifecycle, including but not limited to building strong teams, influencing employee relations and driving the company culture. What you'll need to succeed
Experience in general HR/IR with sound knowledge of employee relations, principles, policies and practices within a heavy industry context.
Able to provide strategic advice, develop options, analyse risks, make good judgements, and solve problems.
Demonstrated the ability to select, develop, coach and mentor employees, resulting in improved engagement, diversity and organisational capability.
Ability to work in Australia

Qualifications for this position are:
Relevant degree or appropriate experience within HR/IR.
