Our Private client is seeking an experienced ICT Service Desk Lead with a Positive Vetting level clearance to join their team in Wollongong, NSW. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our Service Desk team, providing technical support, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the ICT Service Desk team, including setting goals, managing workloads, and providing mentorship and support.
- Provide high-quality technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
