Beaumont&Beaumont is pleased to present an opportunity for APS5 equivalent IDM Support Officers to join a major Commonwealth Government Department.
The IDM Support Policy officers are responsible for assisting in the management and implementation of the wide range of responsibilities of IDM Support. This role is telephony and administrative. You will be interacting with applicants and/or their nominees to support the progression of applications, including requesting additional information, advising on the progress of applications and other communication as required. Administrative duties include allocating matters to IDM's in line with COI (Conflict of Interest) controls, coordinating requests from the IDM, assist in IDM quality assurance, coordination of applications through to finalisation, and gathering a range of reportable data streams.
The duties include the following:
- Make and receive phone calls with applicants and/or their nominees to request additional information and support the progression of applications.
- Communicate confidently through written and verbal communication and present messages in a clear, concise and articulate way;
- Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships;
- Keep accurate and comprehensive records (including report writing, case notes, and official records)
- Conduct detailed research and analysis; prepare complex requests for information
- Triage, coordinate and resolve matters raised to IDM support via mailbox management and meetings;
- Provide quality control and quality assurance on applications for redress and check the work quality of others;
- Apply legislation, policies, procedures and information management requirements;
- Demonstrate self-awareness and ability to self-manage in a complex, changing environment whilst in a diverse team with high workload in a high risk environment;
