Job Title: Implementations Officer
Job Summary: As the Implementations Officer at Koorburra House, you will play a crucial role in researching, developing, and implementing new software and electronic procedures to streamline communication and record-keeping processes within our organization. you will also continually train and keep all staff up to date with the software. Your expertise will ensure compliance with guidelines and legislation while facilitating a smooth transition from our current paper-based system to a more efficient and reliable electronic system.
Responsibilities:
- Research and assess new software solutions for enhancing daily communication between care houses and the management team.
- Develop and implement procedures for incident reporting, company car registers, electronic rosters, and record-keeping.
- Streamline communication channels between employees and the management team to improve efficiency and collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with stipulated guidelines and legislation in all implemented processes.
- Conduct relevant training for employees to facilitate a seamless transition to the new electronic system.
- Monitor the effectiveness of the implemented procedures and software, making necessary adjustments as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in developing and implementing new electronic procedures within a similar setting.
- Strong understanding of software systems relevant to the care and support industry.
- Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to adapt to changing technologies and keep abreast of industry advancements.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with employees and management.
- Demonstrated ability to train and support staff during the implementation process and provide any ongoing training.
