Responsibilities Facilitation of Import shipments start to finish. Shipment tracking and reporting/ status reports. Problem solving. Provide / follow up quotations. Liaising with shipping lines, co-loaders, airlines and transport carriers. Providing clients with exceptional customer service. Invoicing. Essential Requirements Proven experience in a similar role within a Freight Forwarder in Australia. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage and exceed client expectations. Pro-active individual who is efficient with outstanding attention to detail. Previous experience with EDI Cargowise would be beneficial.
