Job Description:
As an Individual Support Trainer, you will be passing on your knowledge and skills to diverse and interesting student groups to ensure they meet their study and career goals through training and assessment of the Certificate III in Individual Support.
You will also be performing daily tasks including providing feedback and guidance as well as resolving any student and course concerns and issues.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent (TAE40116)
- CHC33021 - Certificate III in Individual Support
- Training and assessment experience in the Certificate III in Individual Support
- Industry experience in Individual Support or disability care
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Time management and organisational skills
