Influencer Coordinator
REPORTS TO:
Brand & Communications Manager
ROLE OBJECTIVES:
You will drive the global influencer strategy for the brand, executing the influencer strategy and managing day to day influencer relations. You will look for new opportunities to partner with people, brands or products to help drive the business goals, including acquiring new customers and driving revenue.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in developing and manage the execution of the influencer strategy to grow our global footprint and brand awareness - focussing on both content creation and discovering new audiences
- Constantly source new talent who align with the brand - both paid and unpaid
- Develop the influencer contracts, ensuring we are constantly improving contracts and deadlines are met
- Manage the influencer budget - ensuring budgets are met each month and spend is optimised to maximise performance
- Drive influencer relationships so we are known as easy to work with
- Liaise with the broader marketing team to create and coordinate influencer strategies that work across different channels
- Have a solid understanding of our customer and always be across what’s on trend and who she is aspiring to
- Develop, monitor and track engagement and conversions through influencer programs
- Look for opportunities to increase efficiencies of the influencer program to find time and cost savings, including influencer marketing tools
- Be at the forefront of influencer marketing for VRG GRL, staying on top of trends, channel algorithms and platforms, legalities as well as trends in the influencer community
- Work alongside external PR agencies on influencer related projects, organising deliverables and project administration.
