The OpportunityAs a key member of the Risk, Governance and Assurance team you'll work closely with leaders and employees to assist in the transition, operationalisation, maintenance, and continuous evolution of ElectraNet's Enterprise Information Management System (EIMS) to enable the delivery of effective information and knowledge management practices and maturity across the business.
This role is an 18-month fixed-term contract.
As the Information Management Advisor you'll:
- Play a key role in implementing and evolving ElectraNet's EIMS (i.e.: OpenText), defining workflows, and implementing best practices that enhance knowledge sharing and drive operational excellence
- Promote and elevate ElectraNet's Information Management culture and practices
- Play a key role in the stakeholder engagement, trouble shooting,administration and required training to successfully operationalise the EIMS (i.e.: OpenText)
- Assist in the migration of information across the business into the EIMS (i.e.: OpenText) guided by ElectraNet's Information Classification Plan

You'll be a trusted advisor, ensuring robust Information Management practices, and driving continuous improvement in how ElectraNet manages its vital information assets.
We're looking for applicants that have:
- Demonstrated knowledge in implementing and configuring electronic Information Management systems (i.e: OpenText)
- Strong knowledge, understanding and application of an Information Classification Plan (ICP) and the creation of the ICP structure within an EIMS (i.e.: OpenText)
- Strong knowledge of Information Management best practices, principles, and tools
- Proven Information Management literacy — the ability to describe business use cases, outcomes, information resources, and management concepts.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, building trust and collaboration across diverse teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, paired with meticulous attention to detail
