About the role
- Provide information to victims of crime and the victim support agencies
- Assist victims to apply for financial assistance.
- Offer victims referrals to relevant support agencies.
- Managing complaints made in relation to the Charter.
- Enable appropriate and effective referrals to enhance victim support.
- Contribute and collaborate to improve team performance by sharing and implementing innovative ideas.
About you
- Backgrounds of interest would be hospitality
- Above all else we are looking for individuals who are empathetic
- You will have clear, calm communication skills
- You will be able to manage difficult behaviours
- You will have a high attention to detail
- Temporary assignment until the end of June 2024
- $46.27 - $49.67 per hour plus super
- Immediate start pending police check
- Brisbane CBD location
