With a booming, culturally rich and diverse community, and less than an hour's drive from the CBD, Melbourne's North is fast becoming the place to be!The Role:An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic Injury Management & Return to Work Team Leader to join the team at Northern Health.This role leads the Injury Management and RTW Team Leader, is responsible for the delivery of timely, consistent and high-quality workers' compensation advice and support across the NH campuses. Reporting to the Director OHS & Wellbeing the role guides and influences behaviours of key stakeholders to ensure legislative compliance and driving safety culture. The role engages with the entirety of the NH workforce and is exposed to the full spectrum of Injury Management and return to work activity, from claims management; training and education; strategy development; and legal and regulatory engagement.To be successful in this role you will have:
- Extensive Injury Management and RTW experience.
- Previously lead a team of Injury Management Advisors
- Experience in coordination of the delivery of an Injury Management and Return to Work function, including system implementation, monitoring and evaluation
- Demonstrated experience in contractor/agent management
