You will be supporting the design, development and build of foundational Data Management (trusted data) learning pathway.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Relating to a data literacy uplift program, you will be required to embed into, and work with, a project team to facilitate training needs analysis, contribute to a learning strategy, curate, create, design and develop resulting training materials (training plans, virtual classroom packs, digital assets, workbooks, QRGs) and facilitate a train the trainer handover and master classes.
- Equip and empower employees to manage and develop their data literacy mindset, knowledge and skills appropriate to their role and aspirations (both data professionals and data consumers).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to conduct thorough needs assessments and identify learning requirements for foundational Data Management learning pathway
- Curate, create and develop engaging facilitated, online, and blended learning solutions, utilising e-learning, webinars, and video to reach a broad audience, using the provided design template, fonts, look and feel etc.
- Facilitate workshops and webinars to diverse cohorts on a range of data-related topics.
- You will work directly with business SMEs. The content will contain Data Management themes, so some experience designing training that involves data capability is required.
- Previous work experience in instructional design for Data Management related learning topics.
- Familiarity with Data concepts and terminologies.
