About the Role As the Intake Officer you will have the responsibility for the following: Assist with the provision of high-quality confidential complaints management, administrative services, data entry verification, and executive support. Assist with the management of complaint intake, preparing matters for assessment and maintaining the department's complaints database. Assist in the development, implementation and documentation of the Integrity - Intake Referrals and Partnerships administrative processes and practices.
