We're on the lookout for a talented individual to join our team in South Brisbane office and help us continue our remarkable journey.
We are currently looking to recruit an Internal Account Manager to join the team in either our Brisbane, Sydney or regional offices, this is a great opportunity for someone starting out their career in Insurance to be part of growing team and business. THE ROLE:
You will be responsible for supporting and assisting the Domestic / SME Account Managers and responsibilities will include:
Renewal file preparation
Liaising with Insurers, organising quotes & funding contracts
Preparing of other supporting documents including certificates of currency and declarations
Email correspondence.
General phone duties
ABOUT YOU:
We are looking for an individual who embodies the following characteristics and qualifications:
The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience working within Insurance or financial services.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook is a must. Familiarity with the Insight Broker System and Office Tech is a plus but not mandatory.
Approach your work with enthusiasm and positivity, creating a vibrant work atmosphere.
A friendly and professional manner and confident phone manner & etiquette
Excellent communication, English & literacy skills
Maintain a high level of precision in your work.
