We want the same for you and we are excited to offer a new full-time position for a skilled Communications expert to partner with internal business units to design and deliver communications strategies that support our network of employees, branch and affiliate centres, and families. This role will be based at our Central Office in Kedron.

The role:
We are looking for someone who has experience in Internal Communications that can provide outstanding verbal and written communication skills, who is confident in writing for various audiences across multiple platforms. You will be solution focused and enjoy working within a fast-paced environment to meet positive outcomes to deadlines.
- Partner with priority internal business units and departments to give strategic communications advice, understand business unit initiatives, and create and implement strategic communications strategies.
- Coordinate regular Internal Communications using digital platforms.
- Monitor and manage enquiries and requests to the Advocacy and Communications team and coordinate workflows utilising digital tools, including Microsoft Project and Teams.
- Drive continuous improvement of communication channels and content.
- Support the Media and Communications Advisor to deliver key communications products, including the Annual Report, and media monitoring activities, including daily media summaries and regular media coverage reports.
- Drafting media releases, speeches, presentations, briefs, web and intranet content alongside supporting the delivery of C&K events.
Ideal applicants will have:
- A tertiary qualification(s) in communications, media, a related discipline or commensurate experience.
- Experience in Internal Communications roles, collaborating with stakeholders and partners across multiple business units/departments.
- Ability to build effective relationships with various internal and external stakeholders.
- Understand internal communication channels, including digital and print, with experience developing and implementing strategic communications plans.
- Strong communication skills (written and oral) and experience in drafting, editing and collaborating on communications products.
