1. Internal Sales duties include:
a. Part of sales team, responsible for selling and marketing of the company’s certified timber products.
b. Communication with customers, understand customers’ need, and ensure smooth sales process.
c. Receive inbound calls and make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads.
d. Work with the marketing team to introduce existing range of timber product offering.
e. Bring onboard creditworthy customers. Ensure collection on all sales made.
f. Achieve sales budget overall which includes achieving budgeted sales volume, hit certain minimum sales turnover and margin.
h. Expand client and product base.
i. Serve the existing customers well and increase the sales with existing customers.
j. Identify and bring in new customer accounts.
Knowledge of Timbersmart system will be an advantage.
