The Role
We are seeking an energetic, motivated, and articulate team player to join our friendly and supportive team in Wetherill Park. As an Internal Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating sales through inbound and outbound calls, managing customer inquiries, and accounts across various commercial products in New South Wales.
Key Criteria
- Proven track record of achieving high sales volumes through effective inbound and outbound engagement strategies
- Strong negotiation and customer relations skills
- Ability to quickly understand client requirements and deliver cost-effective solutions within defined time constraints
- Excellent time management and attention to detail, ensuring rapid response and follow-up to inquiries
- Experience in maintaining opportunity pipelines and utilising a CRM
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP Business One (or similar).
Your Experience
Ideally, you are an experienced Sales Representative from a small to medium-sized supply chain/industrial supplier background. You have a proven track record of developing and managing a portfolio of commercial relationships that prioritize customer satisfaction.
