Archskirt Aluminium Partitions specialise in the supply and manufacture of building materials for the commercial construction industry. These products range from aluminium partition systems, sliding track systems, powder coating, manufacturing of aluminium doors, aluminium vision panels, MDF doors, as well as various other aluminium and stainless steel products.
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated individual with a passion for customer service to join our internal sales team. You will be proficient working independently and as part of a small team. Previous experience in the building industry would be an advantage. The successful applicant will be trained in all aspects of the position and will work alongside our internal sales and administration teams to ensure the effective day-to-day running of the company.
Duties Include
- Internal Sales
- Estimating and quoting
- Following up of quotations
- General administration
- Scheduling of deliveries
- Liaising with customer regarding orders
- Production of cutting list and manufacturing documents
We require
- Excellent communication skills & telephone manner
- Highest level of customer service
- Sound computer skills
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
- Experience with MYOB preferred, or another sales accounting programl
- A strong team player
- Strong problem solving skills
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in internal sales or strong industry experience
