About the Role
Aramex Australia has an outstanding opportunity for an experienced International Inbound Account Manager to manage the relationships with our major clients or accounts that brings business from international markets into Australia. The primary responsibility is to develop and execute strategies to maintain and grow the business from these international accounts for Aramex Australia.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to International inbound customers concerns and needs
- Drive CFMA growth with International Inbound opportunities
- Forecast and track key account metrics
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understand their needs, and develop solutions that meet their requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, RFs, marketing, integrations, and customer service to ensure that the client's expectations and needs are consistently met
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
- Continuously review and improve processes and procedures to improve customer experience
- Other Sales related activities as required by Sales Director – Oceania
Desired Skills & Experience
- 5+ years’ sales experience, in account management, business development, and client relationship management.
- International business experience: previous experience in international business can be beneficial. This includes experience working with clients or suppliers from different cultures, managing complex international supply chains, or navigating international regulations and compliance issues.
- Proven experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and serve their clients.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to build relationships, influence effectively, and present information clearly to clients and internal teams.
- Self-motivated, agile, and adept at problem solving.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse performance data, market and industry trends and identify actionable insights.
