Our client is a Tier1 client in Financial Services sector. They are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join their team as an Account Executive with Administrative Support experience. This role requires a blend of client relationship management skills, and administrative proficiency. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively communicate with clients, manage accounts, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the team/department.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Understand client objectives and develop strategic plans to meet and exceed their expectations.
Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, gather feedback.
Monitor account performance, analyze data, and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and contracts.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products or services to clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and customer support to achieve company objectives.
Share insights, feedback, and best practices with team members to foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Provide assistance and support to colleagues as needed to ensure team success.
Requirements:
2-4 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in a B2B environment.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and positive attitude.
