We are One Peninsula Health.What You Will Be DoingThe role assists clinicians and other hospital staff to meet their goals in delivery of patient care by supporting and delivering PC, network and telephony infrastructure, applications and related technology (End User Services) within a Healthcare setting. This includes the installation, maintenance, and testing of computer systems and peripherals, asset inventory management, preparation, delivery and installation of new computers and peripherals all within established standards and guidelines.Key Responsibilities:⢠Respond to and resolve Incidents and Service requests in a timely manner⢠Provide technical assistance to Peninsula Health staff⢠Install and configure all new user centric IT Equipment and software⢠Upgrade and maintain different types of software and hardware⢠Maintain excellent customer service ensuring that all customers are treated efficiently and in an appropriate mannerWhat You NeedWe anticipate you will have:⢠Extensive knowledge and experience with Microsoft Windows Operating Systems⢠Excellent knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office product suite (including 365) and desktop applications software⢠Experience with device fleet management technologies â SCCM, MDM⢠Extensive knowledge of Computer Hardware including imaging, setup and maintenance⢠Excellent communication and presentation skills⢠Ability to work as an effective member of a team and as an individual⢠Knowledge of Remote Access technologies, Smart Phones, iPads and Point of Care devices (desirable)⢠Knowledge of specialised applications used within a Health Services Sector (desirable)What NextApply NOW!If you experience any issues signing in or registering, please feel welcome to contact us - the People Experience Team on (03) 9784 2700.Additional RequirementsPeninsula Health is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer that is committed to inclusion and diversity and promotes a workplace that welcomes and includes the unique contributions of all people.
