Quest is looking for computing enthusiasts to join our expanding IT team.
The role is a permanent full-time position working 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, located on Hoddle street Collingwood.
Main responsibilities include:
- Provide technical support - locally and remotely. To install, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve a wide range of hardware and software issues. This may involve desktops, laptops, printers, network equipment, and more.
- Collaborate effectively with the senior IT staff to align operations with company objectives.
- Assisting with administration.
- Following up with staff to ensure their requests have been met.
- General office duties.
- Diploma in IT or equivalent experience. Website and coding knowledge required.
- Experience in web development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, C#, and MySQL.
- Strong understanding of Azure services and infrastructure.
- Familiarity with 0Auth2 API integration and Google API.
- Experience with CRM management.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathize with clients. Patience and a customer-centric approach are essential.
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
