IT Support Analyst – 2nd Line (Just a 3 minute scooter ride from the railway station)

Full time - Up to $80,000 (Dependent on experience)

Would you like to take an IT Support role in leafy Subiaco, with it’s huge choice of cafés and restaurants, in a pleasant and laid back area?

You have two options to get to the office, by car with your own free space.  Or via the local railway station which is 10 minutes walk, or 3 minutes on your fold-away scooter.

Our client is a small MSP (Managed Service Provider) with their own boutique hosting centre onsite. You’re literally working on the coal face, where the cloud touches the bare metal.

You’ll be providing 2nd Line support as part of a small, closely knit team.  

Among the responsibilities will be:

• Handle and prioritise tickets in ConnectWise.
• Conduct maintenance work for clients.
• Work on technical projects as they come in.
• Provide onsite and remote support to clients
• Deliver agreed SLA’s.

Your core Technical Skills

• 3 years working in a technical support role
• Experience with ITIL3 or ITIL4
• Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory and Entra ID
• Teams, Sharepoint, OneDrive, Exchange
• Experience setting up PC’s and Apps.

Additional Skills

• MS Defender, Intune
• Powershell
• VOIP Telephony such as 3CX
• Linux admin
• Network hardware such as Switches, Routers and Firewalls
