AddressWe are looking for IT Support Specialist to join a project. You will be part of a large support team who will be providing IT support to a large user base organization.
Responsibilities- Work with clients to design, implement, and maintain network systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal network performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network-related technical issues.
- Monitor network systems to identify potential problems and implement necessary solutions.
- Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain network documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Keep abreast of emerging network technologies and trends.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as an IT Network Support Specialist.
- Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Cisco network equipment.
- Familiarity with network security, including firewalls and intrusion prevention systems.
- Experience in implementing, managing, and troubleshooting LAN/WAN/VLAN environments.
- Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching, and subnetting.
- Dedication to staying updated on emerging network technologies and trends.
