Our client is seeking a Japanese SpeakingSenior Accountant /Accounting Manager (depends on experience) based in Sydney CBD. This role requires an individual with experience in accounting and good organizational skill.
Description
The key responsibilities will be:
- Generate monthly financial report
- Conduct data entry, bank reconciliations, journal entries, and payroll
- Prepare budget and monthly forecast reporting
- Support audit
- Calculate payroll tax and BAS
- Work closely with head office in Japan
- Other administration and IT duties as required
Profile
In order to be considered for this role, you will have the following skills and strengths:
- Similar experience in accounting
- CPA or CA holder will be highly regarded
- Japanese language skill is a must
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with multiple stakeholders is essential
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work within a team and flexibility to take on various duties
