ABOUT THE ROLE:
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a full time Administration Assistant to join our team. Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, the position will include a range of duties including, but not limited to:
• Answering and directing telephone calls
• General office and administration tasks
• Maintaining office supplies and equipment
• Managing correspondence and scheduling appointments
• Data entry
• Assisting with organising events and meetings
ABOUT YOU:
Requirements for this role include:
• Proficient at Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Word and Outlook
• A strong work ethic, well mannered, punctual and reliable
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
