We operate in the following 4 industries, Mechanical, HVAC, Electrical and Fire Suppression.
Over the past few years, we have grown super quickly and developed our own bespoke NAS APP, (APP based Bespoke operating system) which is soon to be launched.
Our dynamic ever evolving business, needs either a unique experienced administrator, proficient in most of the below software packages and skills that come with a senior administrator. Or alternatively we are open to our candidates, having less experience but a very keen, can-do attitude who is willing to learn on the job.
Training will be provided and is continuous, as NAS keeps evolving and changing each and every year. We are searching for the right person to fit the team more than qualifications and experience. The knowledge base at NAS is vast with many long-term employees who love the fast lane where we operate.

The type of Senior Administrator we are looking for would be proficient in the following:
XERO, Office 365 Suite, One Drive, Hub Doc, Sales Invoicing, customer service/liaising with clients/contractors. Adaptability in learning multiple software platforms and how they complement each other.
Also, Multi-tasking, Record keeping, Excellent communication skills, Social Media responsibilities, be a team player, have great attention to detail.
There will also be training for this candidate to dip their toe into a non-administrative role of Account management for one of our great customers.
Automotive knowledge or prior experience beneficial.
