This is an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Property Manager to work within a leading agency that manages the some of most exclusive properties in the Ryde area. Supporting a Senior Property Manager with a plethora of experience, this role will be varied and busy, allowing you to have exposure to the entire property management process. With a fun and friendly team, this is an opportunity to step in and grow your Real Estate career!The Duties:
- Conduct open homes and showcase rental properties to prospective tenants.
- Process rental applications, including reviewing documentation and conducting background checks.
- Handle inquiries and provide information to current and prospective tenants
- Assist with repairs and maintenance requests, coordinate with contractors, and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of property-related activities, including lease agreements, rental payments, and maintenance reports.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address any issues or maintenance needs.
- Collaborate with the Senior Property Manager to handle day-to-day property management tasks and provide exceptional customer service to tenants and property owners.
- Previous Property Management/Officer experience
- A current Certificate of Registration
- Own car and Drivers license
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Great presentational skills
- Be a motivated self-starter
- Work well in a team environment
