Client Care First are seeking a diligent and efficient Junior Receptionist.

About us

Client Care First was established in response to local community demand for quality disability support services.

Client Care First services include:

  • Innovative Community Participation
  • Assistance to Access and Maintain Employment
  • Assist Life Stage Transition
  • Daily Personal Activities
  • High Intensity Daily Activities
  • Development of Life Skills
  • Participate Community
  • Group and Centre Based Activities (to incorporate support of individuals in group situations, not centre based situations).

Client Care First is a Registered NDIS Provider and complies with all New South Wales and Commonwealth Government requirements for the delivery of quality and safe disability support services.

This is a perfect opportunity for those who are looking at leaving or have just left school. We are looking for a candidate who has a positive and friendly phone manner to be our first point of contact for our clients.

Duties will include, but not limited to:

  • Answering, directing phone calls, and taking messages
  • Assisting with rostering staff
  • Reception Desk duties such as greeting participants and visitors.
  • Helping maintain a clean work environment throughout Reception and Office spaces
  • Assisting with basic administration duties for work teams
  • Data entry, filing and record keeping
  • Providing a professional service as the first point of contact for company services
  • Other tasks at the discretion of the Office Manager as required

The successful candidate must:

  • Have basic computer skills
  • Have a bubbly personality and is a people's person. 
  • Be willing to commit to a 12-month traineeship in Business Administration
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills with clients and staff
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a faced-paced team
  • Have a positive work ethic and be proactive with all duties.
