Junior Receptionist

Adept Garage Doors and Gates is a small family owned business based in Mundoolun. We specialise in servicing, repairs and maintenance, installations, automation, remotes and more for all types of domestic roller doors, panel doors, tilt doors, sliding gates, swing gates and window shutters. Performing services in Brisbane, Logan, Gold Coast, Ipswich, Redland Bay and Scenic Rim regions.

We are looking for a Junior Receptionist to join us who is willing to learn and takes pride in their work. 

Requirements:
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Enthusiastic towards achieving high level of service and customer satisfaction
- Intermediate computer skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team

Duties include:
- Answering phone calls and enquiries
- Scheduling bookings for technicians
- Data entry and filing 
- Other admin duties required 

[Training will be provided, with a 3month probation period].
