Junior Recruitment Consultant

Due to company growth an exciting opportunity has become available for a Junior Recruitment Consultantto join the team at our Genius Head Office.  We are looking for someone to join our team early/mid June. 

Your new role:

As a Junior Recruitment Consultant, you'll be a key player in the hiring process, helping to source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles. You'll be instrumental in ensuring all of our candidates have an amazing experience. 

You will be joining an engaged and dedicated People & Culture team that will value your ideas and input. This is an opportunity for you to kickstart your recruitment journey, and take it where you want to go! 

• Create and post job ads on various forums
• Connect with Centre Managers to scope positions and help with queries
• Screen, organise interviews, and reference check candidates
• Improve processes and systems
• Generate contracts and initiate onboarding
• Create talent pipelines and develop relationships with RTO's
