Atlas Broker Debt Advisory Pty Ltd is a unique structured finance consulting and brokerage firm, securing working capital facilities (Invoice Finance, Trade Finance, Overdrafts & Lines of Credit), commercial loans and asset / equipment finance.
The role is entry level Consultant & Broker with the scope to move into a Senior Consultant position once the successful applicant has built up both their core knowledge and referral partner portfolio to support them through their career advancement.
The successful applicant will be working closely with the Director/s and Lead Consultant for training and education purposes, providing them the necessary insights to be able to manage referral partner relationships and client meetings. Ultimately enabling the applicant to become a successful self-sufficient Consultant & Broker achieving annual sales targets.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Build & Maintain relationships with Key Accounts
- Develop and find new contacts, accounts, leads and opportunities
- Meet new and existing clients as necessary
-Screen potential business deals by analysing applications received against financier lending requirements, including basic financial statement review and analysis - Complete credit submissions (initially with assistance) on new applications
- Using a CRM, track the progress of the sales stages and report on a weekly basis
- Manage the flow of transactions through to settlement
- Liaise with internal staff and external clients to ensure smooth process of funding, liaising with both to manage issues and contacting senior management for assistance where necessary
- Assist the lead consultant with his existing & new finance enquires, credit applications and account management
- Any other duties, tasks and responsibilities consistent with the role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills essential (both verbal and written)
- Demonstrates drive, passion, self motivation and flexibility
- Critical thinking skills, analytical, organised
- Available to travel when necessary to meet with customers and/or referral partners and build business relationships
- Works well under pressure
- Ability to work within a team and autonomously from time to time
